Local know-how
Older homes, new concrete
Ashland is an Ohio River city with older neighborhoods, tree lined streets and plenty of homes with original walks, steps and drives. Mature trees push up sidewalk sections, and decades of freeze and thaw leave steps cracked and patios sunk toward the house.
For walks and steps, we replace just the broken sections when the rest is sound, or tear out and re-pour the whole run with consistent riser heights and a grade that sheds water. For patios, we lay out the slab where you actually sit, off the back door or around the fire pit, and slope it so rain runs away from the house.
Pool decks get the same care, poured around the pool with a finish that gives traction underfoot.
Driveways and garage floors are part of the work in Kentucky too. We tear out the old drive, set compacted stone, grade it to drain away from the garage and finish it with a broom texture and straight joints. Text a photo to (740) 708-8058 and we will set up a time to look at it.

Ashland answers
Do you work in Kentucky?
Yes. We serve Ashland and Greenup County in northeast Kentucky from our base in Portsmouth, Ohio.
Can you tie a new patio into an existing porch or walk?
Yes. We match heights and cut clean joints where new concrete meets old, so the transition looks intentional.
Can you replace just the broken sidewalk sections?
Often, yes. If the rest of the walk is sound we saw-cut the bad slabs, re-prep the base and pour back matching sections.
