Local know-how

Slabs for country lots

Lucasville is home to the Scioto County fairgrounds and a lot of rural property, with homes on bigger lots and plenty of metal garages, shops and pole barns. Those buildings need a slab poured level, square and aligned with the door so it seals cleanly and stays flat under weight.

We form to the building line, pour to grade and finish smooth inside, with a broom finish where you need grip. The same goes for shed pads, carport slabs and foundations.

Country driveways often start as gravel. When it is time for concrete, we prep and compact the base, grade the run so water moves off it, and pour aprons and approaches that tie in cleanly at the road and the garage.

Around the house, we pour patios, porch slabs, sidewalks and steps with the same standard: compacted base, straight forms, a grade that sheds water and a hand-worked finish. If the old concrete has to go first, tear-out and haul-off are included in the quote. Call or text (740) 708-8058 to get started.
